1. How do I place an order?

1) Firstly, choose a category or design from the navigation menu or use the search box to find out more about certain items or your preferred style. There are a variety of products that you can choose.

(2) Secondly, the size and color of  items can be selected comfortably before clicking "Add to cart." After adding all the desired products please proceed to checkout under the shopping bag.

(3)  You can enter your email address to make a purchase if you do not have an account. It will be easier for you to log in and move on to the next step if you have registered for an account already. 

(4) In order to help us ensure that your purchase has been delivered to you, you need to enter your email address carefully.

(5) At the final step, you must submit your payment information to complete your cart. When our system receives a confirmation about your purchase, your order will be packaged and dispatched to you. Additionally, we will keep you informed about each step of the process by informing you of your email address.

 

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is necessary to start the ordering process. However, we firmly urge you to register for a Simonandcool account, because it will bring more benefits for you, such as making it simpler to add your favorite items to your wishlist, collect Simonandcool reward points, and expedite your next purchase.

 

3. How do I know if Simonandcool received my order?

To confirm receipt of your order, our system will send you an email or messenger automatically. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing it, please check your spam folder before contacting our support email for additional help.

 

4. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

When confirmation of your order is sent to our systems, your order will be processed and dispatched. Send us an email at support@simonandcool.com with your request if you need to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours. Please be aware that your orders cannot be changed once an item has been delivered.

 

5. Can I modify my order?

If you ask to have a change in your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@simonandcool.com for better instructions.

 

6. Can Simonandcool ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

For the same order, we are afraid that we can not ship to more than one address. However, it will be more comfortable for you to place individual orders for several addresses, and we will ship to the location you specify for each of your orders.

 

 7. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

In a situation of forgetting your password, please click "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page and enter your email address. An email containing advice on how to change your password will be sent to you approximately by our system.

1.      Which currencies can I shop in?

You can view the value of items by choosing the currency at the bottom of the page. Please note, however, that at the time of purchase, the currency rate will be decided and that all payments will be processed in USD.
